After School Programs
The following after school programs are offered throughout the year:
Enrichment Educational Experiences / E3, formerly known as Kindergarten Enrichment Inc. / Enrichment After School Experiences (E.A.S.E.) began in 1993 by Directors, Linda McManus and Nancy Simpson. Enrichment programs are offered on school campuses September to June for children grades Pre-K through Middle School. Our programs inspire and elevate children to explore in a safe and nurturing environment while offering creative, meaningful and exciting experiences in the areas of fine arts, music, drama, science and physical education. Homework Club is integrated into the daily schedule to insure students get a head start on their homework under the supervision of our qualified staff. Character building is integrated into all aspects of the way in which, classes are taught. The enrichment curriculum reflects a philosophy of students learning best in an environment that is compassionate, fair and honest. E3 has served the families of Serrania Elementary for 3 years in the areas of Kindergarten Enrichment and After School Enrichment serving grades K-5. Pre-Kindergarten Enrichment will also be offered on campus Fall, 2006-2007.

KidCare
LAUSD and the Beyond the Bell Branch offer "KidCare", which provides students with an opportunity to complete homework, do Arts and Crafts, play games and have a snack. This program operates after school from 2:00pm - 6:00pm as well as during vacation time from 7:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Registration is $30 per family, the after school program is $13 per child, per day, and the vacation time is $26 per child per day.
